Since Delicate Bloom works for Celestia, I figure sometimes she's gotta deal with stuff. I mean, she works more for a secret service rather than Celestia herself, but things happen. She's very hospitable, being a healer, so if there's a problem she'll try to fix it.Cue an angry alicorn princess, and obviously there's a problem.

tbh someone prolly just implied one of three things
1) sea star isn't really an alicorn (there's a lot of ponies that imply the horn is fake)
2) implied something less than good about merry day
or 3) did something stupid to threaten her ocean which, seeing as she's an alicorn with control over water, this is a BAD THING
