You know, there is something about Calhoun I've never thought about until now: All of the characters in "Wreck-It Ralph" know they are characters in a game, but Calhoun seems to know that her Incredibly Unhappy Past is construct of Beings Outside Her Reality, not a 'natural' function of her life.
So, does she reel resentful towards these beings perhaps (they could just as easily have given her a Happily Ever After)?

I have absolutely NO idea why everyone says that! I, for one, find it EXTREMELY sad that she had to go through a traumatic event like that... but, I ship BradMora (Calhoun/her old fiance, Brad Scott) as a pairing (go ahead, laugh if you want - but seriously, me, , and all ship it. SO HARD), so... yeah. I find it sad.
PS. Is it weird to think that Brad was quite hot? No wonder Calhoun wanted to marry the guy!!!
