Another city-tan of mine. I probably failed at portraying him, but whatever. :'DProvidence is Rhode Island's favorite child. He and Newport are rivals, 'cuz once Newport was the capital. The reason Federal hill is a huge curly ahoge is because it has one of the largest concentration of italians in the country 8U
RI spoils him too much.
He's very artistic and talks a lot with Newport and Boston over the phone :v. I see the three of them as kind of rivals. Boston's like a big bro and Newport's like a little sister.
He's pretty tall, and it makes RI jealous 8I;;;

Sorry about jumping in on a conversation, but... I make a game out of the sirens. When i first hear them i try to guess, firetruck, ambulance, or cop car. Everytime i hear screeching tires, i always wait for the crash. I live near a college, this happens a few times a year.
Worse doesn't necessarily mean crime. It could just be boring as hell.
