really like its head; get a good feel for the jaw, near shine on the flat side of his head and the expressive look to the eye
bubbles and fins are well executed
Is the orange tint in the water intended or a part of the perils with working in a drier pastel?

Lol, and it's a bit of both. I've never really drawn an underwater scene. When I first colored it, it looked flat, so I added some orange at the top to try and mimic a reflection at the surface. It didn't work out too well, and even turned green. = u="
