something i started over winter break but just now finished lmaono one has ever managed to get up on the behemoth's back, but people fantasize about the creatures which dwell there. Some say humans live there, though there is no evidence.

I love that the rest of the landscape seems barren and dead. Really adds mystery and intrigue to the creature. One can only wonder why this beast has such life on it, and what lives on its back.

Beautiful! very immersive... Love the technique you used with those feathery, swishy-looking trees, and the texture on the creature!!

very impressive but I do have one critique: it doesn't feel as massive as I think it was intended too. The foreground doesn't have many details so it kinda feels like that could be a small dip in the gorund flanked by some boulders as opposed to a valley between mountains. Some more trees in the foreground and maybe some in the background around the creatures feet would help give us a sense of scale i think.

This is a very fair critique. It's hard to see them, but on the snowy bit on the left, there are some very faint markings meant to be trees, and those help give the illusion that the creature is of massive proportions. I do agree that more detail could be used for the foreground, though.
However, I love it anyway

yeah definitely, and you can tell that the splotchy bit on the right mountain is supposed to be a town. You just have to look harder than you should i think, it should be instant that you realize how massive it is. but yes it's still a great piece and i love her art as well!
