Would you be able to write a guide of how to duplicate your setup? This is by far the greatest setup i've seen, but i lack the knowledge needed to do this for myself.
I guess you use openbox, conky, urxvt, what more?

First of all , try to make openbox not to draw window decoration on urxvt

Others you can follow the instructions from the theme pack

Can you make windows not overlap the conky above?? The only thing i can think of is putting tint2 over it and making it invisible. mmhhh... Nice setup though.

Challenge solved.... obconf > Margins > Top Set to preferred size, mine i set to 16px, bmpanel looks nice now... So now i can sleep.
