I shouldn't have drawn this. Studying is more important right now...But drawing Tabitha from Team Magma yesterday was ways too much fun and since asked me to draw an Aqua admin I decided to ignore my studies
Again I've tried to add some effects. Her hair was a pain x(

I don't understand why Shelly looks so utterly different in OmegaRuby/AlphaSapphire. Again the makers of those games take an admin of a villainous team and make that admin exactly nothing like what that character looked like in the original games. Darker skin? Straight black hair with blue highlights? That's not the Shelly I remember. Old looks of Team Magma and Team Aqua forever.
