Words Below:
The parents of Alexandra, formerly Alexander, returned in the wee hours of the morning. They went to check up on their teenage son only to discover they had a daughter who was ten years younger than she was when they left. Her father was confused but her mother knew exactly what happened. Their child had been too curious and put on her magic dress.
Alexandra yawned and rubbed her eyes. She was still sleepy. Her parents were upset with her but she had no idea why. They asked her questions about what happened that night but as far as she could remember it had been just like any other night.
The physical and mental changes were complete so the dress could finally be removed. However, the effects of the dress remained in place. It was not intended to be worn by a male, especially a male less than twenty years old, so they had no idea what would happen. After discussing things, they decided they would take Alexandra to see the witch doctor in the morning.
Alexandra fell back asleep instantly. She had a bright and vivid dream. In her dream, she was wearing a fancy dress. Her hair was long and styled in the feminine style. Her room was still full of stuff belonging to a teenage boy. She wanted it to change and soon it did.
The walls were pink and her toy chest, covered in a flowery design, was filled with dolls and stuffed animals. Alexandra began playing with them, not bothering to put them away when she was done. She was making a mess but she did not care. When her parents woke her up the next morning, she was very disappointed and wanted to go back to her dream. Her room was still made for a teenage boy and she did not like it.
Alexandra's parents took her to the witch doctor who ran some tests on her. She remembered her time as Alexander but only if he reminded her about it. Unless it was specifically mentioned, she did not remember it. It was also clear she wanted to remain a little girl. After running more tests, it was clear this was due to the effects of the dress. It would be wrong to change her back against her will, but it was hard to determine what her true will even was.
"I think I can change her back, at least temporarily," explained the witch doctor. "Then we can find out whether she wants this change to be permanent or not. Perhaps her curiosity got the best of her one time too many. Bring her back tomorrow. That will give me enough time to prepare the spell. In the meantime, do not let her wear another dress that will make her ten years younger. She might disappear completely!"
Her parents agreed to bring Alexandra back the next day. They wanted her to remain a teenage boy but they at least wanted to hear what Alexander had to say when not under the effects of the dress.
