Every time I sleep here in this white room
Seems like I have a bad dream
When I open up my eyes I can't recall
But it was colorful
Everyday, at the end of the day
I feel like I'm all dried up
I know that it's a bad dream, yes I know
But I want it now……

Myth and Roid - "Tragedy/Eternity"
So! Here is another part of my Demon Sins Series and also part of the OC 31 Day March Challenge! . And HOLY COW I am super proud of this one. The last one was more spastic, fun and while very detail, also very sketchy, which fits my version of Envy. With Belphegor or Sloth, I wanted to really get an eerie sense of stillness. There is something quite unsettling about this design and color palette (palette eight from Colour palette challenge ) hat really kinda sells this as Sloth. So Patting myself on the back. More Myth and Roid. God I love their music.

Amazing work Coda, the lighting and the whole composition give it a very dark and eerie feeling that I really think suits Sybil well.

really love how the cold lighting illuminates the lines and details on her face. gives that kind of clinical, sickly, eerie, dead.... feeling. O.O
my only comment would be that the horns sort of merge with the background near the top. a bit more contrast to set it apart would just nail it!

The design was an experiment and I'm glad it paid off. I also like how it gives that 'dead' feeling which is exactly what I wanted! I do agree that the horns do merge a bit. I may have a solution for it; I still want them to kinda 'melt' away in the brown, but I think if I add a little bit of the browning/red on them, it may help them pop out just enough. When I get home I shall try that.
