well well well i drew it

then I took a base color and colored it in ...each part on separate layer..like.. the bangs on one layer and the top hair on a diff one, same with the hair on the bottem of her head, and each pigtail, and the hair on the side of her head

then I Took a darker color and colored shades for the main strands and used the smudge tool to blurr it alot

then i took a even darker color and did the same thing

then i took the 1st shade color and did strands all through the hair in the right direction and use the blur tool on high and blurred it

then i did it with the 2nd shade color

then i did it again with the 1st shade color

then again with the 2nd shade color

and again and again until it looked ok

then i took the base color and added more strands of that color

then i merged all the hair layers together and took a big soft and not so strong dodge brush ( but not huge :0 ) and went over it one or two times

and then i took a hard strong dodge brush ( hmmm...75% ? ) and went through the middle of the thicker dodge a bunch of times

then i took a light dodge brush and did the outsides a little


LOLLL in all it took about....643765874387 hours c:
