Description i doodled whilst watching some of my Willy Fog dvd set...of course it's Transfer because apparently i love the villain in EVERYTHING I WATCH 8D no lie. also his ears are very fun to draw.
and practising more unlined stuff, its very fun, i really like this style.

hey, he is the villain Transfer from an old foreign cartoon Willy Fogg based on Around the World in 80 days. all the characters were animals. the same people also created Dogtanian!
