We pulled these two costumes together using either things we already had, or things we could get for cheap.
Most of the clothes I used for Rigby I got at goodwill and Mordecai only had to buy the jacket.
Then we used acrylic paints we already had to put the details on it.
But Im sure you could research cons in your area. theres bound to be at least one!
Theres THREE in this area alone.

I just googled "Cons Philadelphia" and LOTS of results came up! There is one 2 weeks from now only 15 minutes from my house! I don't haves a costume (yet) but I'm hoping to go to one in the near future.
