Description A new stray in the neighborhood, he had a home because he is very tame. When he first showed up he had on an old flea collar but it was rubbing his neck very badly so we took it off. He is a nice cat, we hope to get him neutered soon.Β

I don't know how someone could do that, especially with a great cat like Gatsby. He is a very friendly cat.
