I don't think I have it in me to write a full-blown critique, but I'd like to quickly point out something that might help. I like to call it "environmental impact." It's basically the concept of character having an effect on their surroundings, and the surroundings having an impact on the character. Right now, you're doing pretty decent with the "surroundings having an impact on the character" part, but the character isn't interacting with the background. If she's light up by some sort of light source, then she should be casting some sort of shadow.
Lovely sky though - very pretty indeed.
