Description
Your name is Cirico Elusam, you’re just another Indigo blood with a nasty face. You don’t mean to look so scary but you think too yourself so much you just get stuck in your own arguments. What are you arguing with yourself for? You often get moody or over react to things. You feel the need to control things even though you shouldn’t. Not to mention your lusus is CONSTANTLY SCREAMING.Killing some poor troll is usually the answer to cool you off, but you’ve picked up something you find a little more rewarding. Cooking, which oddly anything you make comes out in perfect shapes. You really love the kitchen and the sound of ROARING BLENDERS. Trolls in your quadrants who can work around your slightly overbearing nature will find a troll filled with care and love solely for them. You go the extra mile with loved ones and do everything in your power to make them happy. You scrapbook your favorite memories, and for each passed quadrant you get a single line tattooed somewhere along your body.

the only things i have to say as far as a review goes is that at 13 sweeps he'd long since be shipped off to join the alternian army, so if he's supposed to be on the planet he should be, max, around 10 sweeps.
and also that at 6'2" and 100lbs he's so severely underweight that i doubt he'd be able to move around o~o
also, lusii are usually about two steps away from reality (or completely made-up). ex: karkat's lusus is a crab that is huge and anthropomorphic.
other than that he seems pretty solid, needs some fleshing out but that comes with more natural development of the character.

height and weight are never my strong points XD ((mostly its due to my own weight. i'm 20, 5'6 or so and 95 lbs))
I dont think there was ever an age set for when trolls get shipped off, everyone just assumes 18 or so when trolls live way longer than ppl.
Not to mention he'd be impossible to rp with since tumblr trolls and most trolls are not in space. ): which sucks cause.....idk space and fleets is really interesting? so no helping that. But it is the reason I avoided mentioning alternia as well as the fleets.
I don't really understand what's wrong with the lusus part?

troll maturation seems to follow human maturation up til their prime, at which point it slows down according to blood caste. adulthood is the time mentioned when trolls get shipped off, and the generally accepted number of sweeps is 10 or so, in my experience. but yeah i feel your pain, which is why i would suggest - if you want to rp him on alternia - to make him a bit younger. all in all though, fantrolls are for fun so it's your decision in the end and i can only give my two cents in review.
there's nothing outwardly wrong, but just an ostrich is just somewhat plain. all of the lusii shown in canon are in some way or another unrealistic. there's a lot of fun you can have with designing lusii, whether you follow the general 2 steps pattern or just go all out! like one of my troll's lusus is a fox/goose hybrid because of the troll's sign being vulpecula, the fox, which was originally called vulpecula cum ansere, or the fox and the goose. and then one of them is just a large raven with multiple eyes and claws on the "thumb" region of his wings. that's all i meant ^u^

He's an ostrich plain and simple. Big to ride on and stuff. But I might fuse him with a dinosaur, for a predatory look or a shark cause i like Indigo's with half land half water lusii
