Turbo is a horrendous bratty manchild, of course he's stealing candy from children.

AND NO THAT IS NOT BAD THAT IS GOOD.  The fact that he looks like a Goomba means he has ascended to the proper gremlin level, just as intended.

Thanks so much!  I was also surprised by how good it was, I'm always hesitant to watch anything with a "video game" theme because it seems a bit gimmicky, but this movie handled it really well and the characters were completely endearing.

Yeah I thought it was just gonna be a cheap attempt at getting money out of gamers, ya know ^_^
They are, haha, Vanelope was my favourite character out of it ^_^

I'm always the same with kids films nowadays, best example of me misjudging a film (or films) was the 'Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs' movies, I dunno if you've seen them; I thought they'd be terrible but they're genuinely really funny, one of the few animated films that actually makes me laugh

Oh man, I love Vanellope too. But really, I loved all of the characters and deciding on just one is difficult.

I actually have seen the first Cloudy, but haven't seen the second one yet.  I was a little hesitant with the focus on food puns, but in some circumstances that kind of thing can be funny and if you say it was good I'm definitely going to give it a chance.

Haha, I know what you mean, the food puns don't stop in the second one, but the 'silly humour' is so great! I'm British so we do have a weird sense of humour at times
