Kaguya is an incredibly lazy and occasionally ditzy immortal princess from the moon. She's very impulsive and sometimes wants to do things like go fishing or go to the beach simply by reading Aya's newspaper. Mokou feels that there is a rivalry between herself and Kaguya, but this feeling is officially one-sided.
Kaguya's underlings consist of a nurse (also from the moon) who acts as her protector and adviser. She also has two Rabbit underlings, the younger rabbit executes her duties faithfully but is often abused by the nurse, and the older rabbit does nothing but cause trouble and con people out of their money.
Makes a lot of sense, doesn't it?
