Story:
*NOTE: Alana has an Irish accent*

Alana looked around the large stable yard, her black and purple grooming bag sling over her right shoulder. In her left hand was a piece of paper with the number '101' written on it. She had just arrived at the Showing Grounds a few minutes ago. The Black Bee Stables' farrier and driver, Tony, had arived with Alastor two days earlier. Tony was doing an emergency shoeing on an Arumion that had pitched a shoe during a practice session, so Alana was sent to find the white stallion on her own. Tony had directed her to the large barn connected to the indoor arena. All she had to go on was a 3-didget number. 'That's just lovely, now, isn't it?...' she thought, 'I have no idea were I'm goin'.'

She walked up to the barn and walked through the open doorway. There were dozens of stalls, but they were huge. They each had a number on them, followed by the horses name. The stalls to the left and right of her read 110 and 111.

She walked down the well lit hallway, and a set of clean brass and silver armor caught her attention. She walked up to it, the stall the armor belonged to read '101 - BBS Alastor'. She smiled and peered through the silver mesh bars. A large 17 hand white stallion arced his neck and looked right at her from the back of the stall. "Hey, laddie!" the stallion's ears pricked up at the sound of her voice and he walked toward the stall door, nickering to her.

She smiled a bit, opening his stall and patting him on the neck, "Guess all these horses are gonna be some of ye competition fer the day, laddie."

She took his halter and lead rope, guiding him into the hall and tied him to the ring by his stall. She opened her bag and started brushing him. As she groomed, other competitors started coming into the barn. She didn't see any suits of armor yet, so as far as she could tell, she was alone in this Event. She really hoped she wasn't though. She liked showing off her horses armor.

Once Alastor's coat was spotless and his hair knot-free and glossy, thanks to some liquid conditioner, she started putting the armor on.

She un-did a set of small clasps on the top of the breast collar. She slipped it onto his neck and snapped them back together. The chain mail jingled lightly as she wiggled the plating into a more comfortable position. Next was the plating on the hind-quarters. She ran a leather strap through the gap on the inside of the flank, doing up it's buckle to secure it.

The crinnets and gauntlets followed soon after. Soon Alastor's face shield was on and all the clips, buckles and straps were fit snugly into place. All that was left was the red silk that connected to the chain mail and the rear plates. The shimmering fabric draped elegantly across bis belly on both sides. The armor looked perfect. She heard er number called over a loud microphone. She quickly exchanged her dark blue hoodie for a slim black coat with yellow hemming. She clipped on Alastor's black lead rope and lead him out into the arena at a trot, allowing for the chain mail to chime lightly with each step the heavy draft took. The armor was a converted version of a roman soldier's breast plate, mimicking the stallions own strong chest. His neck, head and his mane represented the helmet, the red silk represented a Spartan soldiers cape. He looked perfect according to Alana. She just hoped the judges thought so too.

O.O I don't even know how I managed to do this. Srsly. I have NO idea. I was just messing around with the dodge/burn and blur tools!
But WOO go me!! I actually HAVE put that exact armor on a horse before ^^ ..... It's not as easy as it looks, and It's even harder to draw. The part where the crinnets and the face shield attach STILL confuse me, even on the real set of armor.
