Well this certainly was a journey. This one has more layers on it than I’ve ever worked on in a while. It is also the second or so painting whose initial composition was rendered one way and during the process completely flipped creating something truly unexpected. Say what again? Essentially, the painting started one way, then I flipped it 180 because reasons and I don’t have to explain my art to you. Ha! Serious, I’m really liking the direction my work is heading at the moment.
