Description Self-portrait: I don't do self-portraits! In fact, I don't usually do people, period - far too unpredictable & self-obsessed for my liking... But this is much more about context. The photographer's reflection is, of course, entirely co-incidental & indeed irrelevant...

PS Re-edit - first version just didn't seem sufficiently creepy...

Harsh, young chutney, harsh - on you as much as me! That there mirror's a chessboard, as it happens - fashioned by my own fair (or should that be foul?) hand, sometime last century

Thanks - the original plan was to make glass chess pieces to go with it, one set clear & the other silvered/mirrored. It was supposed to be a demo project for a posh shop, Libertys I think. Just didn't get round to finishing it... doh! Btw, the 'harsh' line was only a bit of joshing - and I'm sure your mug doesn't need pixilating!

Haha I get the squinting. I am at that age where all my photos are without glasses because the only thing I use them for is distance.
