What i must say that i like design, , diffuse maps are good too, but you need to correct specular map - it'd look realy nice, if steel components reflect light, and concrete don't - but here whole model reflects, it's causing feeling that its made of plastic.
and there is a minor bug with uvmapping on top of this barricade segment, where vertical polys meet group of horizontal polys - i hope you know what i mean. Anyway, dont take it personally - actually i'm trying to made some constructive criticizm
