It was new for me as well, I almost fell walking and looking up at it. It confused me so much, for a moment that I forgot to watch my step!

That is what I thought as well! It really looked like fur to me, at first I thought it was an animal. It was kind of high up. It almost looked like a white weasel when I first seen it.
