So today when I got off work I messed around and doodled a bit, and I decided to turn this quick pencil sketch [link] into a digital piece. I'm kind of proud of it (though it has its fair share of errors!) because it's the first piece I've done in a long time without using any references whatsoever. Freehand peoples, freehand!

This is Fanny Brawne, fiance and muse to 19th century poet John Keats. I became incredibly interested in their story last week after discovering the headstone of John Keats. It gives you CHILLS! Go look at it! [link]

So I have this beautiful story in my head about Keats and Fanny, but it's just a matter of actually writing it. For now I think I'll just let it ride and work on my other stories. But I'm seriously shipping this couple!
