EDIT NOTE: I actually made the background myself this time, it doesn´t look at nice but at least it´s 100% by me now and not a photo. Plus I added some small neat stuff!
So sorry for the re-upload, I tried to just change the image file in the last upload but that corrupted the deviation.
Please leave honest critique, I´ve been evolving my art style lately and tried different techniques, tell me what you think~

In-story they nuked Canterlot, attacked Friendship City and New Appleloosa, and generally slaughtered a lot of innocents in the Equestrian wasteland for their own purposes.

They did not know there was a vault in Canterlot, they did it for the safety of the wastelanders.
They never intended to attack Friendship City, only to retrieve a dashite. But due to an unfortunate incident and the trigger-happiness of the wastelanders they were forced to attack.
They had ordered all wastelanders to put down their weapons so that they could cooperate with them and integrate them into their plans for rebuilding. The majority of the wastelanders however refused to put down arms and preferred to live in anarchy. Any opposers of civilisation must be removed. That is the harsh but true calculus of bringing back civilisation.

Seems more like the Enclave's plan sucked then. I don't think civilization works like that either.
I dislike the enclave too, though maybe it's mostly because I played Fallout 3

The wastelanders outnumber the Enclave greatly, and have nothing to lose in comparison. Sadly the FoE Enclave was too understaffed and too spread out to effectively deal with the situation, and thanks to Pip´s ultimate treachery to civilisation she plunged them into a civil war. She is responsible for every pegasus life lost in that war :u

That's where the Enclave's plan fails: who in their right mind attempts a wide scale operation with a limited number of forces instead of advancing by sectors with a more condensed contingent of troops? Wastelanders aren't worth less than enclave just because they're more if what they were trying was really "civilization" and not just control, which may be possible since they pretty much asked for surrender, that's pretty much conquering, not uplifting them to civilization.
She's responsible?.... Dunno, haven't read that part yet
