You're very good with anatomy. Her body is flawless, though the legs are a little long. Other than that, I don't see a thing wrong with her.

I'm not sure how to do that without seeming rude or something..

Maybe just simply some anatomy! try studying it more, especially the torso area! Even thought it's anime, they still have proper body shapes, and her breasts are very big for such a small body, in order to balance it out without getting rid of them, try enlarging the shoulders a bit more! Otherwise if she were real she would have really bad back pain..

And the rest of her arm has gone missing

Oh no! i agree with what you are saying,it was the first time drawing her,
on computer and on MS paint,as i dont have a lot of options like i have on PS!

and im still trying to learn the human anatomy,but also adding my style with it.
Erm the arm, well its surpose to be behind her back no to disapper,well you see
im still earning the anatomy.

Glad I didn't come off as mean!
I can imagine MS is probably very hard to use.

Learning anatomy takes a lot of time, however DA is really helpful (tutorials, reference sheets etc.) so I'm sure it will make it easier for you

And I can see where her arm would be, but with the gap between her legs you would most likely see either her hands or a small bit of her wrist perhaps.
