Okay first off, I'm really really sorry for the late reply... School has me so busy and then My fam got me occupied for a while... But I'm finally back into making my fan-game and I would like to ask if you could please make a couple sprites for my MegaMan X sprite. I got a few of them done. I only need the Wall Climb, possibly the Hadouken, and the Pink Blast upgrade from the first game in NES Style. Again, Sorry for the late reply. But that's pretty much it.Β

What's note? (if it takes an account, i dont mind making one) I have Twitter, Google+ (which goes into hangouts) Discord, Skype and an email. Although i dont really like using my email, it's still an option. I'll make the sheet of all my sprites

It might not be that difficult. Sending things through Deviantart can be done in Deviantart.
Stash is like submitting art, except it is just in storage, and not as an actual submission. You can get to it by going to the "submit" at the top of a Deviantart page, and looking through the dropdown list.
You can just drop it in Devianart Stash, then go to my page and click the thing "Send a Note". Include the link toΒ it while it's in the StashΒ and I can get it from there.

Yeah, I'm not sure why either. One theory I heard is that the Gameboy Color was on it's way out, so they decided against making another one.
