Description
She had been hanging there for as long as she could remember. As one of the minds behind Origin, Melia had been captured by Moebius not long after the worlds had merged together into Aionios. She found their methods quite strange, but they had been effective nonetheless. As time passed her by, Melia watched as things around her continued to change, new faces coming and going, until she was eventually hung up in a castle, not sure exactly what was going on.

At first, she had been confused as to why Moebius would put her in this castle, but she soon realized why. Moebius had created a robotic replica of her to rule over the nation of Keves! Being forced to watch this parody of herself rule a nation and incite endless war with Agnus made her desire to escape all the stronger, but try as she might, she couldn't. Over time, her expression would change into a glaring pout, staring daggers into her robotic copy. Hopefully it wouldn't be too much longer until a plucky band of heroes would save her and put a stop to Moebius...

This reward is the first part of a set of images I had made for 's birthday last year, starting with Melia, specifically in her Xenoblade 3 look~ Rena has always liked Melia a lot and has smushed her a few times, but her design in 3 is the main one that really speaks to me personally. Our personal headcanon with this picture is that Melia is basically stuck like this until Noah and crew free her near the end of 3, so this picture might just be the longest a character has been squished in a reward of mine, since the base game is so long after Future Redeemed. Nice to see Melia still looks as beautiful as ever after all that time~
