As far as anyone knew, Angela was calm; her eyes and jaw were relaxed and her breathing even. But on the inside her heart beat against her ribcage so hard, that she thought it would break through. She was so excited to compete.

Lady was excited as well. Her ears jerked back an forth, catching every sound. She also was a bit figgity as she saw other contestants ahead at her. She couldn't wait to get into the arena.

Jenny Baily, Co-owner of CSS and best friend of Angela, who was there for halter with CSS Space Bound, was near by to cheer her on.

Jenny: Good luck Angie! Though you don't really need it.

Angela: You flatter me Jen xD

Angela was called up. She said her last goodbyes to her friend and walked into the arena, full of confidence.

Angela: (to Lady, patting her neck) We got this girl.
