Battlestar Galactica's Admiral William Adama.Used a completely different brush size/style and painting method than I used for Apollo ( [link] )
It's the first time i've EVER done this way and I'm a little surprised at the outcome, you can see my brush strokes and yet... I swear it looks 10x better and more realistic than the other one. What do you guys think?
I kinda stumbled on doing it this way (hard edged) by accident when i was messing around with brushes and styles (since i'm a noob with brushes) and I think I will have to keep on doing it this way it seems.

A really good portrait, very realistic, but when you zoom, you don't see it so much realistic, but it stay really skilled, i like this way to paint
Just fix the problem with his eyes, one is full open and the other is half closed ^_^

Reminds me of the wallpaper Sci-Fi channel offers on the website
Adama turned out much better than Apollo.
The strong backlight brings out the contour of the face, and is overall helpful.

This is an excellent work of art. I'm a psuedo-fan of the series (I tend to move on from one thing to another and then jump back again ^_^,). It looks so realistic that when I saw it in the menu, I thought it was 3D rendering.
You have great potential as an artist. Keep up the good work!
