To me, pokemon was never the cute fluffy endeavor of making friends and having nice little tussles with other people's pets, it was about VICTORY! And hard won battle, training until you bled and then training more! Sure for me pokemon had fluffy moments, but it was the brutal struggle of clawing your way to the top. I could only imagine that all that most of my pokemon wanted was power, and I wanted to give it to them.I was a rather morbid child.

Thanks! I get pretty absorbed into whatever I'm doing no matter how mundane, or seemingly pointless, so inevitably I start to get weird little head-cannons for cute little games that don't need to be as morbid as I make them. XD
