I'm just making guesses based on their appearances. Though, if I recall from reading these pages, one of the goddesses who blesses Harley isn't even in the pantheon?? Doesn't Olympus have like... a bouncer or something? Next thing you know, they'll let naiads up there. And you know what they say about naiads.
