So here is something requested me to do, sry it took me so long, but I hope you're glad with it
It's pretty simillar to colorfulbrony.deviantart.com/a… , I know (BTW that was the background I intended to use for that picture first) , but I I kinda rly like the setting and I got some more practice with that new effect too this way

hmm...it would be possible in theory, but it would be one hell of a work...maybe you could do the shading without it, then put a unshaded version of the vector beneath the shaded one and then erase/layer mask some parts of the shaded layer with a leave brush, blured by about 5p-10p or something ^^
