cinder is the goddess of destruction, specifically by fire. she resides in the heart of an active volcano and demands sacrifice on a regular basis. if she doesn’t get it, the volcano erupts and takes out the city/town/whatever, and she finds a new volcano to reside in and a new set of people to terrorize
