I watched the video and it was great. I was wondering if you could tell me what do you use to make speed painting videos like that because I was thinking about making my own youtube channel when I get really good at digital paintings.

There's several programs you can use for this. You can use Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia and Sony Vega (these are a few ones I know people use). Most video editors have this capability. All you have to do is adjust the speed of the clip you're using
