Here's another sketch drawing comparison of my OC. This time it's a comparison of Rin between years 2015 (left) and 2019 (right). Before I first made a concept sketch of her, I had to think real long and hard on what the next female character for me to make should look like. The first thing that immediately came to my mind was give her a hairstyle that's different compare to the other female OCs of mine, that's when I decided to give her a pigtail hairstyle. After that, I've decided to give her an occupation as a bomb specialist/technician and went through multiple trial and error in terms of her clothing design. Her design would eventually lead up to what you see right now in this pic. I've felt real proud for how it turned out with her design, especially the hat considering that there isn't as many female characters out that I know of that wears a hat while also having a pigtail hairstyle. The biggest changes I've made for her are the design of her boots, and tone of her hair, the design of her top, and the removal of those leggings. I gave her the ability to electrocute anyone/anything she makes contact because of her prosthetic hands underneath her gloves so that she wouldn't be abuse or harm from her peers, coworkers, or dangerous people taking advantage of her. I also decided to have her be related to Ayden so that I can practice drawing scene of the two having sibling bonds and quarrels moments.
