Description For Equinus' Equine Secret Santa (ESS).
I chose Celleno's lovely stally, Torrence because his design
is just beautiful and his colors perfectly fit the background.

Anyway, I used [link] as a reference for
background practice and it actually turned out pretty well
(at least a lot better than my last full-blown background )
I altered a ton of things and it ended up with a lot more hills,
but pretty close haha!

So maybe I went a little overboard but it was
a lot of fun and totally worth it.

Wow! He's gorgeous, really nice pose! The lines are so smooth and the shading is great too! And his swirly mane look so handsome! Did you draw the background? It looks like a photo, but it also looks like it could have been drawn..

Oh wow, what a nice surprise to wake up to on Monday morning. Torrence looks amazing in your style and he's just so adorable I could hug him. I adore his mane and tail, and the background is beautiful. You did a very good job on the details especially the shrubs in the foreground. For some reason I love how you've painted the snow by his hooves and how you can see the hoof-prints. You've also given me some inspiration to finish my ESS.
