This is a commission for :iconEcoryV: based on her original concept - ecorynv.deviantart.com/art/The…The vessel is centrepiece of a story about space exploration; Think the USS Enterprise but with an elegant French twist.
The original design had a number of elements that I loved, but also a number of ideas that needed tweaking - we chatted at great length at what my friend wished and the result has been this.
I made the engines have similar intakes like Naboo ships, and also gave it a chrome feel - my favourite part is the dome mounted on the back for botanical purposes.
Needless to say was chuffed to bits.
It is a great feeling that one can help craft someone’s ideas to life, and was most happy about the idea given form.
I loved doing this because it was not only original, but innovative stylish.

Le navire est maîtresse d'une histoire à propos de l'exploration spatiale; Pensez l'USS Enterprise, mais avec une élégante touche française.
La conception originale a eu un certain nombre d'éléments que j'aimais, mais aussi un certain nombre d'idées qui devaient peaufiner - nous avons discuté très longuement à ce que mon ami voulait et le résultat a été ce.
J'ai fait les moteurs ont des apports similaires comme les navires de Naboo, et il a également donné une sensation de chrome - ma partie préférée est le dôme monté sur le dos des fins botaniques.
Inutile de dire été impressionnée en morceaux.
C'est un grand sentiment que l'on peut aider les idées de métier quelqu'un à la vie, et qui était le plus heureux à l'idée donné forme.
J'ai adoré le faire parce que ce n'était pas seulement original, mais novateur élégant.

Now this is quite something! Apologies for my late response- I've been occupied- I'd never forgotten.
I am just amazed by this design overall. It's nothing like what I've seen classically, the design is completely unique. It reminds me a lot of
a bioship, and that's what I thought it was when I first looked at this- what really captivates me about this ship is how beautiful it is!
Innovative and stylish- we think alike. The round edges on this ship give it that lovely effeminate shape which you don't see on many
ships. The biodome at the back is a terrific touch, I love the concept of a place to call earth in deep space.
If I was her, I'd be just swept away. You've done her proud with this one sir! Keep it up

Well I based it off of 's concept and added touches to make it look functional - the engines and the nosecones are my input to make the ship have function.

Indeed! The planning process, so to speak, must have been interesting for the both of you, seeing where the ship receives both parties'
contributions and how it evolves in the process.
I do too! There's something really special about that kind of concept to me, and I bet she feels the same way
