Incredibly bland photograph. Despite the interesting symmetry of the photograph, it lacks an interesting aesthetical quality, the sparse lack of actual composition is muddled because of the random assortment of trees, it doesn't evoke much feeling apart from being a forest itself rather than being an artistic attempt and the arching tree trunks which are mainly composed of grey is boring and morose. The feel of the photograph does not feel balanced colour-wise and the tone and temperature is lacking.

I suppose criticism is always useful in some way. I can't remember asking for an in-depth analysis of the photo itself, but it's ok anyway I believe!
What might be good to point out in this particulat photo is that it is a stock photo. No more, no less. It's supposed to be rather... blank. It's supposed to be just what it is... a collection of trees. The whole point of uploading it is for someone else to take it and use it for something creative. Most of the photos are uploaded for that specific reason. The artistic feeling what not the point of the photo itself. I just wanted a plain setting, a specific object or a photo of a specific animal that doesn't really stand out or is a piece of art in itself. That's for others to create by using this photo for free.
It this particular collection of rather similar photos that worked pretty well. It's been used by some 60+ people up until now, despite being a pretty boring photo. So while it's not exactly a photo I'd print and hang on my wall, it's proven pretty useful to others. I'm totally fine with that
