I added lots of midtones to the sky, to make it look almost black. Then there's a gradient map, some color adjustments and some dodge/burn there as well... So it's a bit of everything I guess!

Stunning. I just love it. However, I think it would be a little better if the cliuds didn't end just that abruptly. Or maybe, you could add one bright star in there. That would be absolutely breathtaking. But no! It's beautiful photography, not manipulation

Hm... you may be right. I'll go back and see if the sky would look better if it's a bit brighter just above the clouds. I can imagine it would actually...
