Description Ironically this Fascist party split from the French Communist Party in the 30's.

So this is where this symbol comes from!

When asked of Fascist or NS French flag people often bring up idea of using the symbol of the "Vichy France"... The feminist-lesbianist (sic)-Labrys-looking throwing axe.

But when you look at this state it's nothing more than reactionary politics and conservatism in its purest form, much like Franco or Salazar.

It's still beyond me how Hitler could even pick such a puppet. Wasn't there any NS movement in France during his times? I heard something of Yellow Socialists, splitting from their Labour Party (funny modern day "Socialist Party" of Hollande totally dissociated themselves from Marxism and went Social-liberal) and being progenitors of Fascism or smt, which together with NS became packed into such a category (or "Social Nationalists" as modern day followers of it calls that)
