For all intents and purposes, Karla is a witch living in the 21st century. She liked magic ever since she was in preschool and was completely obsessed with it by her teenage years. She is also interested in knowing what is in Area 51, much to the dismay of the CIA. Karla has flown over Area 51 on her broom a few times but still hasn’t got caught or killed.

She is very ruthless and meticulously studies magic to learn new spells and improve those she already knows. An example of her viciousness came when she flew over Area 51 and took pictures of the aerial defenses. A fighter jet came to confront her. Karla then used several spells on the engines to bring it down. While the pilot was parachuting to the ground, she aimed a fire spell right at him, burning him alive. She even kept a piece of the parachute as a trophy. She is also very mean and grouchy even towards her parents and little sister. Several boys have dated and then broke up with her in a matter of days because of her atrocious personality. She also cast a depression spell on one of her exes as revenge.
