this is Claw specifically set ten years later from the present. Jamie hallucinates how they'll be when they're older and if they only kept getting worse: cut off ties with David, messed up from living so terribly, tired, and - for Claw specifically - addicted to the rush.
right before Jamie wakes up, he kills Claw just to have a moment of peace, but when he comes back to reality he sees that the actual Claw has been caring for him while he was unconscious.
