Ah. Okay. So.
The captive is a woman named Mia Xen, who happens to be the young Commander of a Galactic Federation force. She's run black ops and high combat situations and is considered to be the best humanity has to offer, with something like a 98:2 win ration, or something equally ridiculous. There's a more detailed profile offered by the author over at his SamusCaptor page.
She's also FemShep from Mass Effect 3, because GMod's model base is what it is and stuff that can be used, should be used. Besides, she's pretty much Paragon Shep, anyway.
