As much as the general anatomy turned out pretty good, there is still a couple of things that would improve it even more. For instance, Soldier's head is too big compared to chest width (It should be at least 2 heads wide), legs are decent size, except for thighs part which are too long. You should consider switching onto drawing 5 fingers instead of 4, for sake of getting used to realistic styles and how to manipulate hands on drawings. The neck connects with head in a wrong place, it should be located behind the jawline. You may also want to study the "ears curve" a little more. It's basically flipped on this picture.
That was regarding correct anatomy. But when it comes to character aspect of the drawing:
Compared to the original model of the game, the hands and feet on the drawing are too small (though I'm not going to pursue you for that one, since the size of Soldier's hands is ridiculus even for tf2 standards.)
The ear should be leveled with eyes, the mouth should be reshaped into something more natural, especially due to that exaggerated teeth exposition.
In general, Soldier is much thicker, especially in his waist.
Black Box is visibly crooked and would require more effort to it, though I can understand why it turned out like that, and that is due to the fact it's just not the main focus in the picture.
I like actual detail put into the drawing in a form of pretty believable looking cloth folds, especially when dealing with a semi-dynamic pose there. The simplicity of coloring gives it a certain charm and I like how well that subtle solid shading works with soft gradients. Though when it comes to Soldier's helmet, the reflected light need to be curved. Makes it look flat otherwise.
