The first one is uncommon, but I can easily tell his roll from his gear. I think you based him on an ARC trooper, just given from the design of his gear, and how it's placed, along with his helmet. And each color on a phase I trooper has a meaning. Considering the trooper on the top is green, he would be a sergeant. :3

Definitely ARC trooper based, I was actually referring more to their armor markings when I wrote "uncommon". Although at the beginning of the Clone Wars color did define rank, later on it would define regiment and battalion affiliation. So you are at least partially correct
