It isn't an '81. The headlights are composite and the seat belts are on the doors, making it a 1990.

The good ol Caprice Classic...car of choice for police and cabbies. But are you sure that's a 81 model? Looks more like a late 80's or 91...

Actually, it's definitely not a '91 (total model change)... but I was sure the composite headlights didn't appear until at least '85...
