In Illiaas's homeworld society is not really developed one and they still have tribes/clans system. These tribes are often not very friendly and often clashes and conflicts can occur. The clan to which the king belongs usually becomes ruling and the rest must obey him. However, not everyone wants to voluntarily go for it, and in such cases they have to be forced😏
The basic rule says: survival of the fittest, so in theory a conflicting clan might have a chance. But given that allied clans are always ready to serve thier king (in order not to fall into his disfavor), these chances tend to zero
