Yes, but from what i've seen, only when he becomes aware of unstopable pain about to befall him. Like (in the ep where Eddy was trying to get hurt to gain attention) when Ed was about to drop the house on him. "Lots of hurt for Eddy, hold the onions."

Or when Ed threw the jaw of quarters at Double D (thinking he was I think a mole mutant?) that Eddy was so happy to get after scamming the kids. He was all "Ed, *whimper*"
