It's a very good drawing from the start, and your friend has some pretty awesome marker skills as well.
The white moonlight highlights are kinda interesting too - I never thought to use white out for such a thing, but it seems to work pretty well!
Also, is that watercolor for the moon? And did you add the paper texture afterward, or do you simply have paper that's awesomely textured?
Keep it up! It makes me happy to see that you're still around and making pictures even after all the years it's been since I met you.
