new Doof lore: he totes a hatchet when he's pissed enough :V

This actually started as sort of a vent sketch because i was in a foul mood for little to no reason, and at the time that was directed at tired and overused horror tropes, so that kinda set the foundation. Next day i wasn't in a foul mood, but i wanted to finish this anyways, and it turned out pretty experimental with the glow-in-the-dark vibe. Fun how that works sometimes. :v
